Abstract Submission
Call for Papers
All graduate students and postdoctoral scholars attending the workshop are expected to present their research in the form of a Poster within the scope of iNOW 2026. (Note: Oral presentations are strictly for invited speakers only.) Key topics of interest include: advances in nanoscale photonics, semiconductor processing and synthesis, physics governing the optical and electrical properties of materials, cutting-edge characterization techniques, and novel devices with innovative functionalities and applications.
Submission Guidelines
To participate in the poster session and have your work included in the conference program, you must submit an abstract.
Format: The abstract must be no longer than two (2) pages and must adhere to the format specified in the TEMPLATE (available for download).
Important: You must submit both a Word file (.doc or .docx) and a PDF file of your abstract.

Information on Poster Presentations
Eligibility
Poster presentations are limited to students, postdoctoral scholars, or junior faculty and industry staff who meet the following criteria:
· Student: Currently enrolled in a graduate degree program.
· Postdoctoral scholar: Received their Ph.D. degree within the last three years.
· Junior Professional: Less than 5 years of work experience.
Schedule
Poster sessions will take place on specific days following the technical sessions.
Presenters will be notified of their assigned schedule.
Format & Guidelines
· Flash Talk: Each poster presenter will give a 2-minute summary talk prior to the poster viewing session. Slides may be used. The 2-minute limit will be strictly enforced.
· Poster Size: The required format is A0 Portrait (841 mm width x 1189 mm height).
· Printing: Presenters must bring their printed posters to the conference. The local organizers cannot provide poster printing services on-site.
· Mounting: Mounting materials/supplies will be provided by the local organizers.
· Setup/Teardown: Presenters are responsible for mounting their posters before the poster session begins and removing them after the session concludes.
Best Poster Award
Best posters will be selected among all presented posters. All presented posters arising from accepted abstracts from submission deadlines are eligible.
Posters will be judged based on research quality and poster presentation. An external panel will be invited to evaluate the posters.
Awards
· First prize: 1 person, $570 (4000 RMB), certificate for the team
· Second prize: 2 people, $350 (2500 RMB), certificate for the team
· Third prize: 4 people, $210 (1500 RMB), certificate for the team
